All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for domestic orders.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Customers can view shipping costs at checkout before completing their purchase.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive within 1-3 business days.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at DTLT Design Studio, 412 Pleasant Valley Way, 205, West Orange, NJ 07052. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will email you when your order is ready, along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 am to 3 pm, Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customer-service@drawthelinetees.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
