Here at Draw The Line Tees LLC our goal is to please Jesus and our customers to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, things do happen and Draw The Line Tees LLC will do what we can to help make it right.

Refund Policy

DTLTs has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, complete the Online Order Return Form below.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first submitting the Online Order Return Form will not be accepted.  Please complete the Online Order Return Form below in order to receive a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your orders upon reception and contact us immediately atcustomer-service@drawthelinetees.comif the item(s) is defective, damaged, mis-sized or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the item is defective or damaged please include a photo of the damaged item(s), and we will assist you with your inquiry.  Products that are too small or too large are also eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate exchange for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Late of Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us atcustomer-service@drawthelinetees.com.
